'Well ladies and gentlemen, I'm sure my little talk has made you all think'

"This just isn't doing it for me. Could we go back to using the crystal ball?"

'That's not bad. But most of the other consulatnats gave us mission statemens with more detail.'

The speech was almost interesting. People began to sit up and fake interest.

'I see you're still trying to get the staff enthused over the weekly meetings.' (Meeting offers free coffee, free snacks, eye-popping charts, exciting videos and free idea pads).

'Unfortunately when our last window of opportunity opened up, we mistakenly crawled out of it rather than into it.'

'I've prepared this powerpoint presentation about myself which takes precisely the allotted five minutes.'

"I'm going to bombard you with graphs until you agree with me."

'I'm feeling a sense of conclusion here, so let's draw things to a close.'

'Here's where you give me non-comprehending nods of approval.'
