Getting in shape has turned into one shallow fad after another. Aerobics, pilates, spinning, zumba .. I need something more eternal! I'm getting back into yoga. I'd like to, but I can't decide. Hatha, hot, power or yoga booty ballet. The one with the most eternal outfits.

I've been so stressed, I'm getting back into yoga. Good idea! We all need peaceful time to center and renew the soul. Go for it! I would, but � My workout duds are totally last year. We have catalogs for that.
