Don't be afraid of criticism. Openly ask for feedback so you can improve service.

"I've been looking for someone who's not afraid to tell me when I'm wrong, and your name keeps coming up."

Unfortunately of the 78% of people who completed more than 56% of the survey 98% thought it was a complete waste of time
