Currently, we ship to almost all international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout depending on your address. If your order cannot be processed, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I include a personalized message?

Yes! During checkout, you can add a personalized message which will be included in the package. Please note: this isn't currently available for prints.

Can I track my order?

Yes, after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to our Order Tracking so you can follow your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process and fulfill many orders quickly so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day policy for returns or exchanges of physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To request a refund/exchange, please contact us and we will be in contact within 3 business days with the next steps.
